Hands Up If You're Human
WTAF is "Doing the work"?
We see and hear it everywhere, especially on social media. And, like so much of social media, at times it can feel like a competition as to who is doing it best.
But, WTAF is "Doing the work"?
Is it journaling, meditation, yoga, primal screaming, forest bathing? Do you have to announce to the world how deeply you're commitment is to doing the work? And what if you're not doing those things? Does that mean you're failing in the work?
Join Wyndham and his very special guest, Louisa, as they discuss what "the work" is, the five stages of the work, the impact it can have on a relationship, whether it's enough for only one person in that relationship to be doing the work, and the real and perceived threat it can create to the status quo.
We hope you enjoy the episode!
