This episode I’m speaking with the brilliant Tara Donovan. Initially an entertainment lawyer, Tara made partner in her early 30s. Having scaled that particular mountain she very quickly realised that 20-30 more years of that would not create the fulfilling life she wanted. As big as here achievement was, how she felt showed her it was time for a new mountain to climb.
But what to do? Well, step one was working with a life coach who helped her arrive at her "5 Lights for a Fuck Yeah" approach to deciding what came next and what challenges she took on from then on!
What followed included becoming MD and later CEO for a famous celebrity chef, advisor and Non Executive Director for various organisations before a trip to Portugal directed her to buy, renovate and then share with the world the very special energy of Casa Fuzetta, listed by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the best yoga retreats in the world.
